本系(xi)列缸(gang)(gang)是(shi)由14種缸(gang)(gang)徑,分(fen)別(bie)按四種速比組(zu)成28種規格的單(dan)活塞雙作(zuo)用(yong)差動(dong)油缸(gang)(gang)。另缸(gang)(gang)頭法蘭式(shi)、中間耳軸安裝式(shi)和底(di)座安裝式(shi)三種還(huan)可做成雙活塞桿(gan)雙作(zuo)用(yong)等速油缸(gang)(gang),再(zai)加上無端部(bu)緩沖(chong)和兩端部(bu)有緩沖(chong)與上述(shu)28種規格組(zu)成384個(ge)品種。特別(bie)適合于環境惡劣、重載的工作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態下,廣泛(fan)應(ying)用(yong)于鋼鐵、鑄造(zao)、鍛造(zao)及機械制(zhi)造(zao)等工業(ye)部(bu)門。





密封不良
密(mi)封不良(liang)會(hui)引起(qi)外泄漏和內泄漏。產生密(mi)封不良(liang)的(de)原因有:
1、裝配不(bu)當,密封件(jian)發生破損;
2、裝配(pei)精度(du)差,間(jian)隙太大,密封件被擠出而(er)損壞;
3、密封件急劇磨損,失去密封作(zuo)用;
4、密(mi)(mi)封圈(quan)方向裝(zhuang)反(密(mi)(mi)封圈(quan)唇(chun)邊面向壓力油一(yi)方),密(mi)(mi)封功能失效;
5、密封結構不合理(li),壓力超過額定值(zhi),失去密封功效。
連接處結合(he)不良
連接(jie)處結合(he)不良(liang)主(zhu)要引起外(wai)泄漏,產生(sheng)結合(he)不良(liang)的原因有:
1、缸筒與端蓋用螺栓(shuan)連(lian)接時,螺栓(shuan)緊固不(bu)良,結合(he)部分(fen)的毛(mao)刺、裝(zhuang)配毛(mao)邊引(yin)起結合(he)不(bu)良;端面O形(xing)密封圈(quan)有配合(he)間隙;
2、缸筒與端蓋用螺(luo)紋連接時(shi),緊固端蓋時(shi)未達到額定(ding)扭矩或密封(feng)圈(quan)密封(feng)性能不好;
3、液壓(ya)缸進油管(guan)口因(yin)管(guan)件振(zhen)動而(er)引起管(guan)口松動。
零部(bu)件加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)精度(du)(du)(du)(du)的影響(xiang)問(wen)題(ti)(ti),在液壓缸(gang)的制造過程中應嚴格控(kong)制缸(gang)體(ti)內壁(bi)(bi)和活塞桿(gan)表面(mian)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)精度(du)(du)(du)(du),特別是幾何精度(du)(du)(du)(du),尤其直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)(du)(du)是關鍵(jian),在國(guo)內加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝中,活塞桿(gan)表面(mian)的加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)基(ji)本(ben)上(shang)是車(che)后磨(mo)(mo)削,保證直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)(du)(du)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)不(bu)(bu)大,但(dan)對于(yu)缸(gang)體(ti)內壁(bi)(bi)的加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong),其加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方法很多(duo),有鏜削-滾(gun)壓、鏜削-珩磨(mo)(mo)、直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)(jie)珩磨(mo)(mo)等,但(dan)由(you)于(yu)國(guo)內材(cai)料的基(ji)礎水平較國(guo)外(wai)有差(cha)(cha)距,管(guan)材(cai)坯料直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)(du)(du)差(cha)(cha),壁(bi)(bi)厚(hou)不(bu)(bu)均(jun)(jun)勻(yun)、硬度(du)(du)(du)(du)不(bu)(bu)均(jun)(jun)勻(yun)等因(yin)素(su),往往直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)(jie)影響(xiang)缸(gang)體(ti)內壁(bi)(bi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)后的直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)(du)(du),因(yin)此建議采用鏜削-滾(gun)壓、鏜削-珩磨(mo)(mo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,如(ru)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)(jie)珩磨(mo)(mo),則(ze)必(bi)須首先(xian)提高管(guan)材(cai)坯料的直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)(du)(du)。

在允許的情況下,液(ye)壓缸(gang)的缸(gang)體壁(bi)厚安全系數盡量選大一些,使(shi)缸(gang)體厚壁(bi)增(zeng)加,特(te)別是高壓工況下使(shi)用的油(you)缸(gang),以減小油(you)壓下的缸(gang)體變形,變形后(hou)的缸(gang)體也會引起液(ye)壓缸(gang)低速爬行(xing)。
