擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)液壓缸是輸出扭矩并實現往復(fu)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的執行元件,有單(dan)葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)、雙(shuang)(shuang)葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)、螺(luo)(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等幾種形式(shi)(shi)(shi)。葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)式(shi)(shi)(shi)式(shi)(shi)(shi):定(ding)(ding)子塊(kuai)固(gu)定(ding)(ding)在(zai)缸體上(shang),而葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)和轉子連(lian)接在(zai)一(yi)起(qi)。根據進油(you)方向,葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)將帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉子作往復(fu)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺(luo)(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)又分單(dan)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和雙(shuang)(shuang)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)兩種,現在(zai)雙(shuang)(shuang)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)比較常(chang)用,靠兩個螺(luo)(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)副(fu)降液壓缸內活塞的直(zhi)(zhi)線運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉變為(wei)直(zhi)(zhi)線運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與(yu)自(zi)轉運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的復(fu)he運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),從而實現擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。





其(qi)次是裝(zhuang)配時有異物進(jin)入及密封材(cai)料質量(liang)不(bu)好(hao)。其(qi)后(hou)果(guo)則(ze)是動作(zuo)緩(huan)慢、無(wu)力,嚴(yan)重時還(huan)會造成活塞及缸(gang)筒(tong)的(de)損壞,出現(xian)“拉缸(gang)”現(xian)象。處(chu)理方(fang)法是調整速(su)度控制閥,對(dui)照安裝(zhuang)說明(ming)應(ying)做必要的(de)操(cao)作(zuo)和改進(jin)。
(2)液(ye)壓(ya)回路泄(xie)漏。包(bao)括閥(fa)及(ji)液(ye)壓(ya)管(guan)路的泄(xie)漏。檢(jian)修方(fang)法是通過操縱換(huan)向閥(fa)檢(jian)查并消除液(ye)壓(ya)連接(jie)管(guan)路的泄(xie)漏。
(3)液壓油經溢流閥(fa)旁通回油箱。
、液壓缸低(di)速(su)爬行的現象
液(ye)壓(ya)缸的(de)活塞桿在油壓(ya)的(de)作用下伸出(chu)或(huo)縮回時(shi),經常出(chu)現速(su)度(du)(du)不均勻現象(xiang)(xiang),并(bing)有時(shi)伴(ban)有振(zhen)動(dong)和異響,從(cong)而引起整個(ge)液(ye)壓(ya)系統(tong)(tong)的(de)振(zhen)動(dong),并(bing)帶(dai)動(dong)主(zhu)機(ji)其它部件振(zhen)動(dong),在主(zhu)機(ji)調試過程中(zhong)經常出(chu)現,有時(shi)速(su)度(du)(du)快了,這種現象(xiang)(xiang)會減輕。除因液(ye)壓(ya)系統(tong)(tong)管路引起這種現象(xiang)(xiang)以外,液(ye)壓(ya)缸自身產(chan)生的(de)振(zhen)動(dong)也經常引發此類現象(xiang)(xiang)。
原因分析
液(ye)壓缸(gang)有(you)桿腔和(he)無(wu)桿腔存有(you)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)而產生(sheng)的(de)低速爬行,由(you)于氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)混(hun)在(zai)液(ye)壓油(you)中,在(zai)壓力(li)的(de)作用下,容(rong)器(qi)內體(ti)(ti)(ti)積變化,在(zai)高(gao)壓作用下甚至(zhi)發生(sheng)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)瞬(shun)間,從而引(yin)起液(ye)壓缸(gang)的(de)速度不(bu)穩定。
