擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式液(ye)壓缸(gang)是輸出(chu)扭矩(ju)并(bing)實現往復(fu)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)的執行元(yuan)件,有(you)單葉(xie)片(pian)、雙葉(xie)片(pian)、螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)等幾種(zhong)形(xing)式。葉(xie)片(pian)式式:定(ding)子塊(kuai)固定(ding)在(zai)(zai)(zai)缸(gang)體(ti)上,而葉(xie)片(pian)和(he)轉(zhuan)子連接(jie)在(zai)(zai)(zai)一起。根據(ju)進油方向,葉(xie)片(pian)將帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)子作往復(fu)擺(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式又分單螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)雙螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)兩種(zhong),現在(zai)(zai)(zai)雙螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)比較常用,靠兩個螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)副降液(ye)壓缸(gang)內活塞的直(zhi)線(xian)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)變為(wei)直(zhi)線(xian)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)與(yu)自轉(zhuan)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)的復(fu)he運動(dong)(dong)(dong),從而實現擺(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)。

油缸經過(guo)滾壓后(hou),表面沒有(you)鋒利的(de)微小刃口,長(chang)時間的(de)運動(dong)摩擦也不會(hui)損傷密封(feng)圈或密封(feng)件,這一點在(zai)液壓行業(ye)特別的(de)重(zhong)要。
O形密(mi)封圈在低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)下(xia)使用時,與(yu)U形密(mi)封圈比較(jiao),由(you)于(yu)面壓(ya)(ya)(ya)較(jiao)高(gao)、動靜摩(mo)擦(ca)阻(zu)力(li)之差較(jiao)大(da),容(rong)易(yi)產生滑(hua)移或爬行;U型密(mi)封圈的(de)面壓(ya)(ya)(ya)隨著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)的(de)提(ti)高(gao)而增(zeng)(zeng)大(da),雖(sui)然密(mi)封效果(guo)也相應提(ti)高(gao),但動靜摩(mo)擦(ca)阻(zu)力(li)之差也變大(da),內壓(ya)(ya)(ya)增(zeng)(zeng)加,影響(xiang)橡膠彈性,由(you)于(yu)唇緣(yuan)(yuan)的(de)接觸阻(zu)力(li)增(zeng)(zeng)大(da),密(mi)封圈將會傾翻及唇緣(yuan)(yuan)伸長,也容(rong)易(yi)引起(qi)滑(hua)移或爬行,為防止其傾翻可(ke)采(cai)用支(zhi)承環保持其穩定。
